Sometimes we get too busy in our life ,we often neglect things that plays a vital role in our life. We forget to be grateful for the things we have .

Make a list of 10 things You love About Yourself.
No one is ever going to love you more than you love yourself. You will never be able to have a healthy relationship , until
and unless you develop a loving relationship with yourself. Self love , self acceptance, self care is so important , so , don’t shy away , go love yourself. It doesn’t happen in a day or two , it’s a long process but be patient and trust the process.
Buy Yourself a Flower
Flower symbolize happiness and abundance, joyfulness , positive vibes. When you buy yourself flowers you are empowering yourself. You are taking care of yourself. Don’t wait for someone to bring you a flower , don’t wait for a special occasion , buy yourself a flower whenever you feel like to.
Read a Book!
Spend some time reading book, re-reading your favorite book. Read a good magazine .
Draw & Paint
Creating art relives stress. So Whenever you are stressing over something , grab a paper and pencil and just draw whatever you want, or paint if you love painting .But if you’re somewhere insecure about your art (drawing/painting) , just remember ,that everything you make is an art and you can minimize it all you want but calling it a hobby or a craft , but it’s art because you created it and humans make art because it’s what we do, and when you make art you’re part of something very beautiful.

Validate Your Feelings
To validate is to acknowledge and accept. Accept yourself , your feelings . Cry if you want to, Laugh if you feel like to. Check yourself up.
Keep Your Surroundings clean
Clean environment is equals to clean mind. Clean your room ,your wardrobe, change bed sheets , make your bed , decorate your room if you want to , do laundry , as your part of self care.
Watch Sunrise & Sunset
Sunrise is a symbol of birth and rebirth , of awakening. Wake up early , watch sunrise, remind yourself it’s a beginning of new day, another chance for you to improve yourself to better yourself, another day for self care , another chance for you . Spend your evening , watching sunset.
Listen to Happy Music
Research has shown that listening to music can reduce anxiety, blood pressure, and pain as well as improve sleep quality, mood, mental alertness, and memory. Whenever you feel low, listen to happy and cheerful music, it might brighten up your mood.
Go out For a Walk (In Nature)
Walking has so many benefits such as it improves circulation , strengthens muscle, improves sleep. Whenever you feel deluged in negative emotions then just go outside in nature , go for a walk .
Spend Some Alone Time
Spending time alone can be one of the best things you can do for self care , for yourself.Being alone can help you build mental strength. Spending alone time can be really refreshing and help you discover yourself , appreciate yourself.

If doesn’t has to be very far, or exotic place , you can go to a place near your city which you might’ve never visited. Traveling boosts up your confidence , you can either go alone or with your family or friends , as a part of your self care.
Exfoliate twice a week , you can use nay scrub or make a DIY scrub – Add coffee , sugar and honey or lemon.
• Apply Face Mask
Apply Face mask once a week , spend 20 minutes for your self care, you can make a DIY face mask at home as well.
- Make a mixture of Gram flour and turmeric , add honey or pinch of lemon juice as per your wish.
- Banana honey face mask.
Eat your Favorite fruits
Fruits are good for health we all know that , but we prefer eating chips and cookies , Jung foods over fruits and vegetables. Make a few changes , next time when you go to market instead of going for Jung foods buy fruits or dry fruits . You can eat half and apply half of your fruit in your face as well , indulge yourself in some self care.
Do a Skin Care Routine
Doing an elaborate skin care routine will prove really beneficial for you.
Drink plenty of water , drink at Least 2-3 liters of water per day.
Nap plays an important role in our health. Getting enough quality sleep is not only good for physical health , it is beneficial for our mental health as well. So, don’t binge watch all night everyday , get a quality 8 hours sleep as well.
Take a Warm Bath

• Nourish your body with a healthy home cooked meal.
• Have a pamper session.
• Treat yourself to Manicure / pedicure ( at home or at parlor)
We get too busy helping others, caring for others , love others that we often forget to help ourselves , care for ourselves , love ourselves .
